Cancellation & Refund Policies
Since the use of our location is largely based on preplanning by clients, we do our best to provide a refund policy that takes this into account.
A client may cancel an agreement by giving written notification either by mail or email to Pine Hill Events ninety (90) days prior to the scheduled event. Any and all cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the $500 non-refundable retainer deposit for the event.
Pine Hill Events hereby reserves and retains the right to cancel the above services with or without cause by providing written notice to the client. In the event Pine Hill Events elects to terminate this agreement, half of the retainer deposit will be refunded to the client within thirty (30) days of notice of termination.
